Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To respect both your time and ours, we kindly request that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 30% of your total service amount. • Deposit Requirements After a Violation: • First Violation: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of your total service cost will be required to book your next appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service if the policy is followed. • Second Violation: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total service cost will be required to book your next appointment. • Third Violation: Online booking privileges will be revoked, and we will no longer be able to provide services. • Forfeiture of Deposits: Any deposit will be forfeited if the cancellation policy is violated after the first offense. • Exceptions: If we must cancel your appointment due to illness, family emergency, or an “Act of God,” your deposit may be refunded or credited toward a rescheduled appointment.
